Israeli president congratulates Azerbaijan’s Aliyev on election win

Israeli President Shimon Peres has called Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the telephone and congratulated him on winning the presidential polls, Trend reports.

The presidents also discussed bilateral relations.
