US President congratulates Azerbaijani counterpart on Eid al-Adha

US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle have congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the coming Eid al-Adha Muslim holiday, Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports. 

"During this special time of year for all Muslims, on behalf of the American people we congratulate you on the Eid al-Adha holiday," the US president's message reads.
