Dagestani leader congratulates Azerbaijani president on his victory

The head of the Dagestani republic, Ramazan Abdulatipov, has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his victory at the recent elections, the Azerbaijani president's website reports.

The presidential elections were held in Azerbaijan on Wednesday. President Aliyev received over 85 percent of the votes.
