Kurd militants declare temporary cease-fire

The Kurdistan Workers' Party, recognized as a terrorist organization, declared the temporary cease-fire on Friday, CNN Turk reports. It will last till September, 20. The Party demands its imprisoned leader Abdullah Öcalan to be allowed to take part in the peace talks.
