Sergei Lebedev highly appreciated Russian-Azerbaijani relations

The CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev, who observed the voting in the elections in Azerbaijan, considers the level of development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations to be high; according to him, disputes that arise between the two nations can be resolved through a reasonable compromise.
