Ramzan Kadyrov explained the functional name change

During the vizit to Turkey within the Russian delegetion, I realised, that in Russia should be only one president, other functions should have another titles, because I was embarassed when they announced “Russian President”, “Chechen President”, explained Ramzan Kadyrov. He required to change also his function as the president of the North Caucassian Chess Federation. Presidents of other sport federations decided to follow Kadyrov and retitle their functions' names.
