Armenian president to attend Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is going to attend the summit of the Eastern Partnership expected to be held in November in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius, the Lithuanian parliament's press service cites the Armenian ambassador as saying.

According to the ambassador, Armenia and the EU are going to sign a memorandum which will secure the progress made by Armenia while trying to become an EU associate member.
