Moscow airport bombers facing life in prison

Four people accused of launching a terrorist attack on Moscow's Domodedovo airport are facing life-long prison sentences. A corresponding plea was made by a prosecutor at today's hearing of the case in Moscow. 

 

Akhmed Yevloyev, Bashir Khamkhoyev and brothers Islam and Ilez Yandiyev are accused of helping suicide bomber Magomed Yevloyev to launch a terrorist attack on Domodedovo Airport in 2011. 

 

37 people were killed and 172 wounded as a result of the attack.
