Sentence of Budyonnovsk attack may be appealed

Ramzan Khabayev, lawyer of Mould Khabayev, said that 14 years of imprisonment for his client will be appealed, RIA Novosti reports.

Mould Khabayev was sentenced for joining Basayev’s gang. After the terrorist attack in Budyonnovsk in 1995, he received a passport and an international passport using a false name and crossed the Russian border illegally.
