Azerbaijani budget surplus amounts to 1.27 billion manats

In January-August 2013 Azerbaijan's budget surplus amounted to 1.27 billion manats or 3.4 percent of GDP.

Budget income amounted to 12.9 billion manats, spending - 11.7 billion manats.
