Prosecutor's office has appealed nearly 100 decisions on land allocation in North Ossetia

The prosecutor's office of North Ossetia has appealed nearly 100 decisions on the allocation of land due to violations of land legislation, the press service of the department reports.

According to prosecutors, in 2012 and in the 9 months of 2013 more than 150 cases of violations of the law took place. In a number of areas of the republic, the municipal government gave land without auction and without providing citizens with information on the availability of free land and giving lower prices for land.
