The public can watch the "Terek" and "Rubin" football match being held today in Grozny for free, YUGA.ru cites the press service of the republic's Government.

The Akhmat-Khaji Kadyrov Foundation has paid for all tickets. The gesture is connected with the beginning of Ramadan.
