Nikolai Bordyuzha: “Our peacemakers were not invited to Karabakh”

Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha summed up results of the CSTO’s work in September-October 2013. Nikolai Bordyuzha stated that all arrangements were conducted successfully in the period. The Secretary General paid special attention to peacemakers in his report.
