Nikolai Bordyuzha: "The situation in Afghanistan is deteriorating"

The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Nikolai Bordyuzha, believes that the situation in Afghanistan is deteriorating. Camps training terrorists, many of whom are now fighting in Syria, are of particular concern to the CSTO.
