Syrian rebels to attend Geneva-2 talks only after Assad’s resignation

Ahmad Jarba, head of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, said at the end of the Friends of Syria Conference in London that the armed opposition will only attend the Geneva-2 Conference after resignation of President Bashar al-Assad, RIA Novosti reports.

Jarba said earlier that he will not attend it the conference personally, unless Assad loses power.
