Rosneft to develop oil extraction in Caspian Sea

Russian Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Ecology Denis Khramov said today that Rosneft had filed a bid for the development of oil industry in the Caspian Sea, ITAR-TASS reports.All information about the initiative will be presented by November.Minister for Natural Resources and Ecology Sergey Donskoy said that Rosneft filed the bid for the Tuleniy Field in the north-western part of the sea.
