The bill will be studied in the second and third readings today.The document will extend jailing for formation of terrorist organizations to 20 years with a fine of 1 million rubles. Being a member of such organizations will be punished with up to 10 years of prison and up to 500,000 rubles of fine. Public promotion of extremism will be punished with up to 10 years of prison and restriction of freedom for up to 3 years.
