Kuzgov named new secretary of Ingush Security Council

Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov appointed Alikhan Kuzgov as the new secretary of the Ingush Security Council on Thursday, Interfax-South reports.Kuzgov was born in Verkhniye Achaluki in 1963. He graduated from the Leningrad Financial-Economic Institute named after Nikolai Voznesensky in 1989. He has been working as a law enforcer since 1995. Kuzgov has a wife and 5 children.His predecessor Ahmed Kotiyev was killed by unidentified assailants on his way home on August 27.
