Russian FM and UN envoy discuss Syrian crisis

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed the Syrian crisis with the UN and Arab League Envoy to Syria Lahdar Brahimi during a phone conversation today.

The officials focused on the preparation for the second round of Geneva talks.

Brahimi also told the Russian minister about his visit to the region.
