Iran to invest $14 billion in petroleum industry

The National Development Fund of Iran will grant $14 billion for development of national petroleum industry, ITAR-TASS reports.Iranian Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said that priority projects will be selected to attract national and foreign investments.About $25 billion is planned to be invested in the South Pars Gas Field over two years, said Roknoddin Javadi, Managing Director of the Iranian National Oil Company.
