World Weightlifting Championship ends in Wroclaw

The world championship in weightlifting which started on October 20 ended yesterday in Wroclaw. The Russian national team has won the overall standings. The second place was taken by the Chinese national team, the third team - by the North Korean team. Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan shared the sixth place, while Iran took the eighth place .

In total, Russian athletes have won 12 medals - 6 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals.
