The authorized envoy of Dmitri Medvedev in the North Caucasus Federal Dictrict has suggested that people e-mail him.
“I sometimes look to read e-mails sent to me. My e-mail is very simple - hloponin@mail.ru – and if the problem mentioned is really of vital importance we react it immediately,” Khloponin told RIA Novosti.
He also mentioned that he won't be able to answer all messages, but assured that all of them would be read.
