Khramov introduced as candidate for Prime Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria

Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov has introduced Constantine Khramov, Vice Governor of the Volgograd Region, as a candidate for Prime Minister today, Interfax reports.

Khramov has already worked at the Minister for Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory and Mayor of Nevinnomyssk.
