Mukhin and Grinyaev: quotas on conscription in the Caucasus should be abolished

Russian political analysts Alexei Mukhin and Sergei Grinyaev told Vestnik Kavkaza that the quota on the conscription of soldiers in the Caucasus should not only be increased, but canceled, so that the equality between peoples of different Russian regions can be observed.
