Syrian chemical arsenal to be destroyed by middle of 2014

The Syrian chemical arsenal is going to be destroyed by the middle of 2014, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov says.

According to the Russian official, the plan is very elaborate and all the works are proceeding according to schedule.
