Iosif Kobzon: "I am against stigmatization!"

Soviet and Russian singer, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for Culture, People's Artist of USSR Iosif Kobzon commented on the resonant incident in Biryulyovo. Then, on the night of October 10 in West Biryulyovo, an area to the south of Moscow, an unknown person killed a young man and then fled. Later, on suspicion of the crime, Orhan Zeynalov was detained and arrested. This crime caused a public outcry that led to unrest in the area and checks of migrants in Moscow.
