Militant killed in Dagestan’s Tabasaransky District

A militant was killed in a counter-terrorism operation in the Tabasaransky District (Dagestan), ITAR-TASS reports.

The police stopped a vehicle for a document check. The driver opened fire at officers. Counter-fire killed the militant, although the shooting started a fire in the car.

The counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed in the area last night.
