Former head of the Abkhazian Interior Ministry now heads the republic's Security Council

The president of Abkhazia, Sergey Bagapsh, has appointed the former head of the Ministry of the Interior of Abkhazia, Otar Hecsiya, to the post of the secretary of the republic's Security Council, reports Interfax. 
Otar Hecsiya left the Ministry of the Interior after the 12th of August. The new Interior Minister is Ramin Gablaya.
