Geneva shifted the new round of talks of Iran and six mediators (5 permanent members of the UNSC and Germany) from November 20 to November 21-22, ITAR-TASS reports.

The previous round was held on November 7-9. No agreements were made back then. The failure of the talks was explained by lack of consent among the mediators. Besides, France took a more harsh approach to the problem.

Spokesman of the White House Jay Carney said this week that the mediators had a common approach towards Iran. The only obstacles were production of high-enriched uranium at Iranian centrifuges, production of plutonium at the Arak reactor and monitoring of the nuclear program.

Iran insists that the nuclear program is peaceful and wants the sanctions imposed by the West to be lifted.
