Makhachkala ex-mayor’s lawyer appeals extension of detention

Makhachkala ex-Mayor Sayid Amirov’s lawyer has appealed the decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.

On November 7, the court extended his detention until February 28
