EU and Iran discuss nuclear crisis

Deputy European Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Helga Schmidt has recently discussed the Iranian nuclear programme with Iran's chief nuclear negotiator Abbas Arakchi.

The officials focused on the next round of the talks between Iran and the 5+1 group, which is scheduled to he held in Geneva on November 20. 

The previous round of talks ended on November 10 with no agreement reached.
