Volgograd bomber's husband under siege in Makhachkala

The Dagestani police have besieged Dmitry Sokolov, the husband of Volgograd bomber Naida Asiyalova, in the suburbs of Makhachkala, the National Anti-Terror Committee says in a statement.

Sokolov, born in 1992, is believed to be an active member of the North Caucasus militant movement.
