Public organization "Medical association" to be created in Chechnya

The Health Minister of the Chechen Republic Shahid Akhmadov said that in the Chechen Republic a regional public organization "Medical Association" will be established.

"The members of the organization will carry out a wide range of tasks from promoting the improvement of the healthcare system to representing the interests of health workers", the head of Ministry of Health of the Chechen Republic said, according to the official portal of the head of the Chechen government.

The decision to create this "Medical Association" in the republic was made at a meeting with the president of the National Medical Chamber, Leonid Roshal.

At this stage, according to Akhmadov, the foundation documents are prepared.

The next meeting between Karasin and Abashidze will be held on November 21.
