Georgia's President Georgi Margvelashvily approves Irakli Garibashvili as prime minister, the press service of the head of state reports.

Garibashvili has already announced the composition of his government, in which, compared with the previous cabinet, there will be only one change: the Interior Ministry will be headed by Alexander Chikaidze.

Now, as VK previously reported, the candidacies of prime minister and other ministers will be considered on Wednesday by the Parliament of Georgia.
