The "black box" of the crashed Boeing 737 is damaged

According to the Interstate Aviation Committee, the two recovered "black boxes" of the crashed Boeing 737 in Kazan are damaged.

"The technical commission of the Interstate Aviation Committee investigating the accident of the Boeing 737-500 aircraft of the"Tatarstan" airline informs that on the site of the accident the container with an onboard voice recorder was found. The container has significant damage", the IAC posted on the official site, according to ITAR-TASS.

Earlier, the IAC said that the flight recorder container also has significant mechanical damage.

According to the investigation, on November 18 at 19:26 MSK, while landing at the airport of Kazan, a Boeing 737, flight 363, flying from Moscow's Domodedovo airport with 44 passengers and six crew members on board, fell to the runway and exploded. All the passengers and crew on board were killed.
