Azerbaijani company to build a residential complex in Nizhny Tagil

The Azerbaijani group of companies AS Group Investment will build a residential complex in Nizhny Tagil, the head of its marketing department Elmir Kerimli said.

The area will be 120 ha. On this site 400-450 low-rise buildings will be erected which can accommodate 30 thousand people. It is noted that the tenants will receive their apartments in a refurbished condition.

In addition to housing, the residential complex project involves the construction of kindergartens, schools, surface parking, a central boiler house and other buildings . Also, it will be landscaped and provided with an internal road system.
