Labor migrants to undergo Russian language tests in 2015

The Russian parliament is considering a law to oblige all labor migrants to undergo tests in Russian language, history and laws, starting in 2015, said Constantine Romodanovsky, head of the Russian Federal Migration Service, Interfax reports.
