Driver proven responsible for deaths of 18 in Russia car accident

According to expertise, KAMAZ driver Grachya Arutyunyan was responsible for the car accident in Russia's Podolsk on July 13, ITAR-TASS reports.

His truck crashed into a passenger bus, killing 18 and injuring 55 people.
