Rasim Odzhagov memorial tablet unveiled in Baku

A memorial tablet to Soviet film director Rasim Odzhagov was unveiled in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku today. The official ceremony was attended by Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Abulfas Garayev.
