Azerbaijan limits border-crossings

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree yesterday, introducing changes in the border-crossing system set by decree N744 of April 28, 2008, abc.az reports.The entrance-departure automatic information and search system will analyze only presence of an obligatory insurance document for owners of cars crossing the border.
