Abdrakhmanov named Kazakh envoy to UN

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed Kayrat Abdrakhmanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Austria and Slovenia, Representative to international organizations in Vienna, as the new Kazakh Representative to the UN, Trend reports.
