OSCE Office in Baku to operate under new status

The status of the OSCE Office in Baku will be changed, the head of the office, Ambassador Koray Targay, is quoted by Trend as saying on November 26.

Ambassador Targay said the office will operate under the status of project coordinator from January 1, 2014. The decision was made by the OSCE Permanent Council on July 26, 2013, he says.
