Where is Ukraine going?

Sergey Mikheyev, Director of the Center of Political Environment, thinks that the processes which are going on in Ukraine are not surprising for Russia. Viktor Yanukovich is using the well-known bargaining scheme which has been used many times by the Ukrainian authorities.
