Russian presidential assistant invites Abkhazia to discuss development plan

Vladislav Surkov, Russian presidential assistant for Abkhazia and South Ossetia, has met members of parliament of Abkhazia in Sukhumi and invited them to work on a new development plan for the republic, Interfax reports.

The plan will be launched in 2015.
