Yerevan to host third Russian-Armenian interregional forum

The Armenian capital of Yerevan is going to host the Third Russian-Armenian Interregional Forum on December 1-3, 2013. The event is sponsored by the Russian president's staff and the Azerbaijani president's staff. 

The Russian delegation is expected to be headed by President Vladimir Putin.
