Over 400 million rubles to be spent on CIS Anti-Terrorism Center renovation

Russia plans to spend 142 million rubles on reconstruction of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center, 210 million rubles on the purchase and installation of new communication and protection equipment and 55.5 million rubles for security systems, RIA Novosti reports.
