Dmitry Medvedev arrives in Pyatigorsk

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Pyatigorsk today, the scene of the recent terrorist bombing, to discuss the federal law “On police”. On the 17th of August a car exploded near a cafe, resulting in 30 people being injured.
