Charges against Russian ex-defense minister to be brought in 10 days

Prosecutors will bring charges against Russian ex-Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov in the next 10 days, said spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Marking, Interfax reports.The official noted that charges of negligence may be re-qualified into more severe cases. Markin said that there was a year left on the statute of limitations in the case against Serdyukov. The ex-minister is charged with negligence for illegal road construction in November 2012.
