Putin: Armenia is full participant of Eurasian integration

Russia considers Armenia a full participant of the Eurasian integration, Vladimir Putin said in his speech at the opening of the Armenian-Russian interregional forum in Gyumri.

The President said that the preparation for Armenia's accession to the Customs Union has almost completed.
