US assistant secretary of state to visit Moscow, Kiev, Tbilisi

Victoria Nuland, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, will visit Kiev on December 5 for the OSCE meeting of foreign ministers, Tbilisi on December 6 for a meeting with members of the government and opposition and Moscow December 8-10 to discuss bilateral relations and global problems with the Russian government, ITAR-TASS reports.In Kiev, she will meet officials, parliamentary leaders and public figures. She will be assisted with Nisha Biswal, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs.
